A. San Francisco
April Stats 2022
According to the 2020 U.S Census 5-year ACS Estimates, released last March 17, 2022. San Francisco has a fourth place in terms of the existing housing units in the country which yields 406, 628 units.
The average Household incomes have risen generally since the period measured here by 2022 Census 5-year ACS estimates.
Household income figures are affected by many factors including household size, housing mix, and percentages of households occupied by tenants and retirees.

B. Santa Clara County
April Stats 2022
Santa Clara has the largest percentage of Foreign-Born Residents as per 2020 U.S Census 5-year ACS Estimates, released last March 17, 2022, among all- county. Gaining an average of 40% nearly close enough to 34% of San Francisco.
In total, there are 56% number of houses occupied by the owner and 44% number of houses occupied by tenants in Santa Clara.

C. San Mateo County
April Stats 2022
The average household income in San Mateo has a positive trend, that’s in total can come up to $182,158 and up and leading San Mateo the number one amongst all-county. And the next line would be the Marin who gained $181,737.
As we can see, the result is mainly due to the factors such as the government pandemic payouts, increased unemployment payments, the rising financial markets, less affluent households moving out of the country, inflation and etc. The average county household incomes have generally risen since the period measured over here by the 2020 Census 5-Year ACS estimates.

D. Alameda County
April Stats 2022
The county of Alameda (33%) is in the fourth spot in terms of the percentage of foreign-born in the Bay area, San Francisco (34%) being the third, San Mateo (35%) as the second, and the county of Santa Clara (40%) as the leading one.
Meanwhile, the homeowners in the said area have an average of 54% while house under the name of tenants produces 46% in the making.

E. Contra Costa County
April Stats 2022
As per 2020 U.S Census 5-year ACS estimates, released last March 17, 2022.
The total housing units in Contra Costa amount to 423, 342 of every kind of house. These houses are composed of 67% owner-occupied and 33% under the name of the tenants.
